Bevill State to Host Basketball Camp

Boys and girls in grades 3 through 11 looking to improve their basketball skills can attend the “March Madness” Basketball Camp hosted by Bevill State Community College March 26 through 28 in the Glen Clem Gym on the Jasper Campus. The camp, conducted by Bevill State coaches and players, is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day. Registration for the first day begins at 8 a.m. The cost of the camp is $60 per person. Baseball Game Against CACC Rescheduled for Friday March 15

The home baseball game between Bevill State and Central Alabama originally scheduled for 12 p.m. today, March 14, has been rescheduled for tomorrow, March 15 at 12 p.m. This weekend's away game with Central Alabama has also been rescheduled from Saturday, March 16 to Sunday, March 17. The game will be played at 12 p.m. at the Alexander City Campus of Central Alabama.

Bevill State Volleyball to Hold Open Tryouts

Would you like to play for the Bevill State Community College Women's Volleyball team? Try out for the team March 23 on the BSCC Fayette Campus. All female High School Seniors and graduates are invited to attend the tryouts. Registration for the event begins at 9:30 a.m. with the actual tryouts beginning at 10 a.m. Those attending must bring a copy of her high school physical. Dunagan of Bevill State Baseball Named ACCC Player of the Week

Bevill State Baseball's Caleb Dunagan has been named the Alabama Community College Conference Player of the Week for the week of March 4. The freshman catcher from Curry, AL led the Bears in hitting at .574; with 2 runs; 8 hits; 3 Doubles; and 5 RBIs.
